This page covers the private app “Jarvis email,” a personal assistant that Ron Spencer runs on his own computer for his own household.
Who uses it
Jarvis email is not offered to the public. Only Ron Spencer’s own Google accounts are connected to it.
What it accesses
With the account owner’s permission, the app reads email and calendar events in those accounts so it can summarize them, search them, and help keep the calendar up to date.
How the information is used and stored
- Information is processed on the owner’s own computer.
- It is used only to help the account owner and is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
- It is not used for advertising.
Google user data
The app’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time from the Google account’s security settings, under third-party apps with account access.
